Czech Cricket offers its deepest condolences and sympathies to the family and friends of Phillip Hughes, who passed away on Thursday 27th November following a head/neck injury he suffered during a first-class match in Australia two days before.
Hughes had a great start to his Test career, becoming the youngest player to score two centuries in the same Test match, and he was about to embark on a very bright future. Our thoughts and prayers will be with him and the rest of the world.
Our thoughts are also with Sean Abbott, who was the bowler who delivered the fatal bouncer. We cannot imagine what such a young person is going through right now and we wish him a fast mental recovery and all the best in the future.
